Scottsdale: Warm, Earthy Organic Hacienda
Starting in January 2021, this labor of love was brought to life in partnership with an incredible architect and GC in Arizona. Our client was deeply engaged in the process and brought her own creative flair, sourcing unique materials that elevated the entire home!
Our goal was to create a warm, organic vibe that seamlessly blended into the gorgeous desert landscape surrounding the home. To accomplish this, we curated a neutral palette layered with textures and natural elements to bring warmth and a grounded, earthy feel. The design is effortlessly simple yet filled with intricate details that create a sense of balance and tranquility. One of the most stunning features is the Solarium around the dining room, which creates an indoor-outdoor flow so the family can enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings without the harsh Arizona summer heat.
The hacienda was completed just in time to welcome the clients' second baby into their new home less than a year ago, and the final touches on the furnishings have just been completed. Fun fact: even though she’s not an artist by trade, our client picked up a new hobby and created all the artwork in the home herself!

We wanted the design to feel connected to the natural surroundings, so we leaned into earthy tones, organic textures, and simple lines. It’s a space that feels grounded and calm, but with so many small details that give it depth and character.
