Rose: Modern Fixer-Upper
This home fits a lot of chic into a compact space. For this fixer-upper, we went for modern luxury, but with a relaxed and practical vibe. The subtle touches of wood tones help to soften the exterior, and inside it’s bright and open with lots of natural light. One of our favorite features is the built-in desk in the master suite which is perfect for the work-from-home lifestyle, or just for managing your personal files. Also, we love how the slender windows add a modern touch and also frame the view of the outside. Floating vanities elevate the vibe and give a minimalistic touch. For this project, we selected all the materials, light fixtures, tile, and plumbing, plus created custom designs for the kitchen, bathrooms, family room, laundry room, and exteriors.
Everyone wants their perfect dream home, turn-key, exactly what they want. The problem is that very often it doesn't exist, and the market is so competitive that they often times get beat out.
