This new build was 3-year, labor of love. Our team helped see it through from concept to completion! Our client wanted a home that felt warm and inviting with cool combinations of texture and tones. With a busy family, that loves to entertain, our client needed functionality tied into exciting spaces for friends and family to enjoy. This ranch-style home had amazing spaces for us to reimagine and dial in, which includes a Moody Bar, convenient Drop Station, Mudroom complete with a Doggy Station, Sophisticated Kitchen and Great Room, Custom Built-ins, Guest House, and a Backyard that makes you feel like you're staying luxury hotel. Throughout the new build, you can expect crisp character, subtle sophistication, and classic yet cool combinations of materials and concepts.
